The latter, however, should &#8211; as the specifications also ensure &#8211; emit particularly little CO2. In addition, there are provisions on the share of clean vehicles used in bus and waste collection services, as well as provisions on the procurement of tyres.<\/p>\n<h4>Key criteria for the procurement of vehicles, bus and waste collection services and tyres:<\/h4>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock hochbau-list '   itemprop=\"text\" ><ul>\n<li>From 2022, all new vehicles as pure electric vehicles<\/li>\n<li>Exceptions: If the daily travel distance exceeds certain values, if regular charging of the vehicle is not guaranteed or if a purely electric vehicle is not available in the operationally required size or equipment. If one of the exceptions applies and a vehicle with an internal combustion engine must be procured, limit values for CO2 emissions must be taken into account<\/li>\n<li>Environment-related quality assurance system for waste collection service providers<\/li>\n<li>Fuel-saving or energy-saving training for drivers in bus and waste collection services<\/li>\n<li>Energy-efficient tyres<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<div  class='avia-button-wrap avia-button-left  avia-builder-el-4  el_after_av_textblock  el_before_av_textblock  tip-btn fahrzeuge-btn' ><a href=''  class='avia-button av-keo4ah27-64bfd1f87bfc25d36b911acd0c0d3188 avia-icon_select-no avia-size-small avia-position-left avia-color-theme-color-highlight ' ><span class='avia_iconbox_title' >HINT<\/span><\/a><\/div><br \/>\n<section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock hochbau-list hochbau-main-title invalid-custom-class-found '   itemprop=\"text\" ><ul>\n<li>Before procuring vehicles, and especially if they are not used on a daily basis, the use of alternative mobility offers such as (e-)car sharing or other services should be examined. This is to avoid new purchases that are not mandatory.<\/li>\n<li>If the vehicle is predominantly used for short distances (up to 10 km), the suitability of active forms of mobility such as (cargo) bicycles, pedelecs or walking should be examined. The necessary framework conditions and infrastructure for (cargo) bicycles and pedelecs should be created.<\/li>\n<li>When procuring road vehicles that do not fall under the quota for BEV\/FCEV, the total costs of ownership (TCO) or the costs incurred by the contracting authority in the acquisition, use and disposal should be taken into account. If possible, the external costs for CO2 emissions and pollutant emissions (NOx, NMHC, particulates) should also be taken into account.<\/li>\n<li>As a rule, the smaller and lighter the road vehicle to be procured, the lower the environmental impact during its life cycle. Therefore, before procuring road vehicles, it should be checked whether the demand can also be met with a vehicle of a smaller vehicle class.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock rechtliche-title '   itemprop=\"text\" ><h3>Legal relevance<\/h3>\n<p>The naBe criteria are in line with the European Directive on the Promotion of Clean and Energy Efficient Road Vehicles (EU 2019\/1161), the so-called Clean Vehicles Directive (CVD), and the draft Road Vehicle Procurement Act.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":12,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-9946","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
